Once the Hill Hotel, the Kensington Tower features 65 market rate apartments and boasts views of Downtown Omaha. The building is one of the last existing examples of Colonial Revival architecture in Omaha. It is located on the historic 16th Street Mall. The building was designed by the prominent Omaha father and son architectural firm of John and Alan McDonald in 1919, construction costs totaled $250,000.
