KMC Properties LLC

is a family owned and is a self managed Real Estate portfolio primarily based in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro Area. The portfolio began with Matthew Kouri in 1986. Matt began purchasing rental property while working his day job for Iowa Power (now Mid American Energy), he eventually transitioned into fulltime management of his properties and the portfolio grew rapidly. Matt was a hands-on owner and found a niche in maintaining and operating older buildings. Today KMC comprises of an eclectic mix of high and low rise multifamily, Retail, and Office Properties, many of them historically significant structures.
