Keeline Building (Sold 2022)

The Keeline Building was constructed in 1911. The seven-story building was designed by locally renowned architect John Latenser, Sr. Built in the Georgian Revival style, the building is said to represent "the prosperous commercial development in Omaha during this period. The Keeline currently offers below market rate office space across 17th street from the Douglas Court House.
